In this role, you will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and attributes for success Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staffPerform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirementsPossess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missionsDemonstrate a high level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the qualifications belowMay be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hoursMaintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zonesEnforce requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analystsEnsure quality control of productsProvide strong organizational skills and administrative oversightDirect the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirementsResearch, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targetingInterface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysisAssist in directing requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts, and ensuring quality control of productsWork as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirementsResearch, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targetingInterface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysisProduce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycleQualifications Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational levelProficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trendsDemonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence toolsDemonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higherActive DoD Top Secret/SCIOur Commitment Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
