This is an in-person position reporting to our Elkridge, MD yard before being transported to the worksite. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites.We offer entry level flagger training classes and advanced traffic control courses to advance your journey with us. Highway experience is a plus!If you are looking for your next career move, apply now!Responsibilities Direct traffic flow around construction sites, ensuring safety for both workers and the public.Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or issues to supervisors.Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations on-site.Maintain clear communication with team members regarding traffic patterns and safety protocols.Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and coordinate with team members.Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.Join our team as a Traffic Manager where your skills will contribute to the success of our projects while ensuring the safety of all involved.Traffic Engineering Services is an equal opportunity employer.
