As a member of the Global Safety and Security team, reporting to Capital's Security Sr Manager of Executive Security Services, you will deliver and support the global safety and security strategy for Capital's senior leaders and business operations.Responsibilities Deliver security services to Capital's global leaders.Oversee and manage security contractors, external relationship management, office safety and security operations, and security incident response.Manage internal case handling, including security investigations related to workplace violence, threats, theft, and fraud.Support associate travel security programs and partner with vendors for global visibility and intelligence.Provide travel safety briefings, risk assessments, and respond to travel concerns affecting senior leaders worldwide.Conduct event security risk assessments and provide on‑site support to ensure the safety of Capital associates, attendees, and the organization's reputation.Work closely with Regional Security Teams and the Global Security Operations Center to enable enterprise physical security programs.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Office Services, IT, Engineering, Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Event Planners, and business groups to identify problems and implement proactive solutions.Manage security vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to agreements and modifying them as needed.Provide guidance on new technologies and methodologies; evaluate systems and processes to secure operations.Required Skills & Abilities Minimum 7+ years in corporate security or government, focusing on executive protection, program management, security operations, travel safety, event/incident monitoring, and reporting.Availability for on‑call duties and readiness to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis.Experience with incident response, crisis management, training, workplace violence, and internal investigations.Professional domestic and international travel experience; ability to travel on short notice.Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to mitigate safety and physical security risks.Up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, practices, trends, technologies, and information affecting the department.Proficiency in security system management, including intermediate architecture and advanced operational practice.Initiative to prioritize projects and problem‑solve with minimal supervision.Experience with open‑source and subscription‑based monitoring tools.Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.Sound judgment for independent advisement on broad issues and strong relationship management.High organizational skills and ability to handle simultaneous priorities.Preferred Qualifications College degree; advanced degree is a plus.Law enforcement experience, especially within Southern California.Proximity to Downtown Los Angeles.EP Training Certification.First Aid/Medical Certification.Evasive/Defensive Driving Certification.Clean DMV record and history of safe driving.Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $125,909 – $201,454 (Southern California)Eligible for an annual performance bonus, a company profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% employer contribution.Equal Opportunity Employer Capital Group is an equal opportunity employer.
