Automotive Dispatcher Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Automotive Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating workflow between service advisors and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level and workload
- Monitor shop productivity and workflow throughout the day
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Communicate with service advisors and management regarding vehicle status
- Maintain organized repair order flow and prioritize urgent work
- Assist in improving shop efficiency and technician productivity
- Support a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership or repair shop experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and technician workflow
- Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Must have clean and valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills
