Assist with training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self‑development domains. Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts. Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build critical training materials for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skills. Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, technical, and hands‑on training solutions to meet the mission and time‑critical needs of our client. Utilize operational experience to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence and help build the next generation of C5I experts.Qualifications:3+ years of experience afloat as a Cryptologic Technician (Collection) (CTR)3+ years of experience as a curriculum developerExperience creating performance‑based technical training, including practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retentionExperience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training contentKnowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of task‑based curriculumKnowledge of learning tools and modalities and measurement tools or methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventionsAbility to select teaching methods appropriate for course audienceAbility to communicate with civilian and military personnel, including verbal briefings or presentations, listening techniques, and developing written material such as technical reports documenting research and analysis performedTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation:Projected compensation range: $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
