Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher. This is a key position responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating technicians, managing client communication, and ensuring accuracy across scheduling, billing, and administrative processes. Work Environment: In-office, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Small, family-owned business environment. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of your role. Casual office atmosphere with a hardworking, team-oriented culture. Dog-friendly workplace (must be comfortable around large dogs).
Pay: $20$25/hour (based on experience).
What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergencies
- Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and address concerns
- Handle inbound calls from clients, including urgent service needs and billing questions
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer work orders for billing
- Process payments and assist with accounts payable for ordered parts
- Order materials and coordinate parts fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure efficient daily operations

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatch, administrative, or office experience
- 2+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
