Overview Technology Capabilities SME (C2 / Autonomous Systems) supports short-notice tasks across multiple technical domains, contributing to prototype testing, experimentation, technology assessments, risk analysis, and operational planning. Personnel in this category must be capable of integrating into ongoing efforts with minimal rampup time and delivering high-quality technical products under accelerated timelines.Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical engineering support across autonomous systems domains.Contribute to prototype testing, experimentation, technology assessments, risk analysis, and operational planning.Integrate into ongoing efforts with minimal ramp-up time and deliver high-quality technical products under accelerated timelines.Required Qualifications Professional Experience: Fifteen (15) years of hands-on technical engineering experience, with ten (10) years as an Autonomous Systems Engineer or in a closely related technical field.Autonomous Systems Design: Ten (10) years' experience in end-to-end design and construction of complex autonomous systems.Command & Control (C2): Ten (10) years' experience and extensive technical knowledge of C2 principles and experience integrating them into unmanned platforms.Unmanned & Counter-Unmanned Systems: Ten (10) years' demonstrated expertise in both the development of unmanned systems (air, ground, or sea) and the domain of Counter-Uncrewed Systems (C-UXS).First-Person View (FPV) Operations: Ten (10) years of expertise in the principles and application of FPV for controlling and operating unmanned systems.Modeling & Simulation: Eight (8) years' experience with demonstrated proficiency in using modeling and simulation environments to advance and validate system designs and operational concepts.Demonstrated in-depth understanding of systems command and control (C2) and experience analyzing and developing counter C2 systems.Preferred Skills and Experience Military or OSW experience.Education Master's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science discipline relevant to the field of autonomous systems engineeringSecurity Requirements TS/SCI (SAP eligible)Nice-to-have / Additional Context Interesting Work: Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.Values: Our first core value is that employees come first.
