Job Overview A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate to join their team in White Plains, NY. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on employment‑based immigration matters, representing employers before administrative agencies and preparing various immigration petitions and applications.Duties Advise and counsel clients on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations.Train clients on immigration compliance and best practices.Represent employers in employment‑based immigration petitions and applications.Prepare and submit PERM labor certifications.Prepare and file non‑immigrant and immigrant visa petitions.Prepare and file adjustment of status applications.Supervise and guide paralegals in preparing immigration petitions and applications.Requirements JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.2–7 years of experience in employment‑based immigration.Experience with non‑immigrant visa petitions, including H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, E‑1/2/3, and TN filings.Experience with immigrant visa filings, including PERM, EB‑1 categories, and AOS.J‑1 waiver experience is a plus.Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.Certifications Bar admission in good standing.Skills Strong knowledge of employment‑based immigration laws and regulations.Excellent communication and client management skills.Ability to supervise and mentor paralegals effectively.Benefits Eligible for annual bonuses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
