Job Duties
Work in Visitors Center welcoming and orienting guests, selling tickets, annual passes and retail items in a point of sale system, recordkeeping and business transactions, general daily office tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and verbal skills speaking with and interacting with all ages of visitors.
Ability to operate touch screen point of sale systems and other similar platforms, ability to use email, other platforms as needed.
Present a neat, professional and welcoming appearance.
Strong organizational ability and ability to multi-task on busy days while maintaining professional composure
Flexibility to attend to occasional unexpected tasks.
Additional Considerations
Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus.
Strong current work references required.
Ability to work some weekend days as needed.
