Job Number: R0242148Counterintelligence AnalystThe Opportunity:As a Counterintelligence Analyst supporting Marine Corps operations, you will deliver mission critical insight that informs senior‑level decisions across the Department of War. Your work ensures the protection of U.S. forces, infrastructure, and sensitive operations against foreign intelligence threats.You will apply a blend of analytical tradecraft, CI operational awareness, and Marine Corps knowledge to support full spectrum CI functions, including collections, operations, investigations, and HUMINT‑adjacent activities. You will also employ advanced consulting skills to help shape solutions that enable the Marine Corps and enterprise‑level mission partners. This role requires an analyst who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of operating with minimal guidance while advising junior staff where appropriate.Join us as we equip Marine Corps decisionmakers with the right intelligence at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters.What You'll Work On:Conduct CI analysis supporting collections, investigations, targeting, and operational planning.Produce timely, well sourced intelligence reports and briefings for senior leaders.Support HUMINT‑related mission sets, including source debriefing and operational targeting assessments.Leverage Marine Corps doctrinal knowledge to contextualize threat reporting and operational impacts.Apply varied instructional techniques when training operators or support personnel.Coordinate with Marine Corps, Joint, and National intelligence elements to synchronize CI support to operations.Utilize Microsoft Office suite to produce polished analytical products, presentations, and decision materials.You Have:4+ years of experience with CI support with the U.S. Marine CorpsExperience briefing General or Flag Officers and engaging at the primary staff levelKnowledge of MAGTF operations and CI and HUMINT integrationAbility to employ multiple instructional methods for training and information transferTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience supporting Joint or National intelligence elementsBachelor's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
