Candidates must have demonstrated ability to excel in high‑pressure situations that have a real impact on the modern world, so we can keep pace with competition and evolving technology fields.Expert Intelligence Operations Support AdvisorLocation: Chantilly, VA (on‑site client environment)Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraphCompensation: Competitive, Excellent BenefitsOnly applicants with an active required security clearance and who are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.Oversees current and emergent intelligence reporting to our customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating intelligence products.Oversees, executes, and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders.Monitors Indications and Warning (I&W), determines which threats need to be communicated to relevant stakeholders.May coach and provide guidance to less‑experienced professionals and, on occasion, serve as a team or task lead.Advance knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence work.Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g., watch operations or knowledge management).Significant expertise and prior experience developing operational guidance.Multiple years developing operational plans and gaining approval to execute, briefing options and risks, understanding technical aspects of plans, collaborating across community as necessary.QualificationsPossess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of overall working experience in this domain.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
