Dispatcher
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring accurate shipment tracking and updates. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Coordinated daily dispatch operations by scheduling and communicating with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while providing real-time shipment updates.
Utilized CieTrade to enter, update, and track load information, customer orders, and transportation details accurately.
Delivered excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining strong communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Previous experience in customer service(required), scheduling, logistics or dispatch preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or order management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
