Security Cooperation (SC) AnalystThis position is contingent upon the award of a contract. The scope of the requirement includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, which serves as a Component Command to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). Specifically, the Security Cooperation (SC) Analyst will support the Plans and Policy Directorate (G‑5) within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The G‑5 assists and advises the COMUSMARCENT in joint‑level and service‑level planning, deliberate planning, crisis action planning, force deployment planning, Information Operations (IO), Special Technical Operations (STO)/Special Access Programs (SAP), command strategy and policy generation, doctrine review and analysis, Naval, command relationships, componency, security cooperation, CENTCOM exercises, Key Leader Engagement (KLE), operational assessments, and requirements development, validation, and prioritization.ResponsibilitiesProvide Security Cooperation (SC) analysis servicesUtilize the Security Cooperation information systems and databases to support COMUSMARCENT travel by organizing, collating and constructing trip book materialsProvide support to SC planning through the management of Combatant Command and Service level tasks.Perform data entry for SC events into SC information management systems and generate customized reports on regional and sub‑regional SC activityCoordinate and manage the SC Lessons Learned Program utilizing SC information management systems to store and categorize SC After Action Reports (AARs)Construct country budget projections utilizing fiscal information, such as Department of Defense Per Diem rates, travel and lodging costsServe as liaison between CENTCOM TSC and MARCENT SCGenerate Concept & Funding Requests (CFR), Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests, and SC information management systems entriesManage the SC Lessons Learned Program, produce Quad Charts/products for weekly SVTCs, and provide general administrative supportWork LocationMARCENT, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Task Force 51/5; Naval Support Activity Bahrain, Manama, BahrainTravel: Contractor personnel must support the projected travel in support of government requirements to MARCENT AOR and supporting locations, which includes but is not limited to the following countries: Bahrain, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Djibouti, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, and Greece. The ideal candidate will be available for travel on less than 24 hours notice to support personnel recovery and training for forward deployed forces.
