This role ensures systems operate reliably, meet customer requirements, and comply with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and test CCTV/IP camera systems , NVRs/VMS platforms, and networked security devicesInstall and service access control systems (card readers, door hardware, controllers, biometrics)Diagnose and repair intrusion alarm systems , sensors, panels, and communication modulesPerform preventive maintenance , system inspections, and firmware/software updatesRun, terminate, and label low‑voltage cabling (Cat5/6, coax, fiber)Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematicsProvide on‑site and remote technical support to customers and internal teamsDocument service activities, parts used, and system configurationsEnsure compliance with safety standards , company policies, and local regulationsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve complex issuesQualificationsExperience with electronic security systems (video, access, intrusion)Strong understanding of IP networking , switches, PoE, and basic routingAbility to use diagnostic tools (multimeter, cable tester, laptop‑based utilities)Knowledge of low‑voltage wiring standards and installation best practicesStrong problem‑solving and customer‑service skillsAbility to work independently in the fieldValid driver's license; ability to lift equipment and work on ladders#J-18808-Ljbffr
