Dispatcher - Part Time

John Knox Village of Florida is seeking a responsive, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to support our residents and transportation team. In this essential role, you will answer incoming calls from residents, coordinate carts and buses efficiently, and ensure transportation needs are met with care, accuracy, and professionalism. Your ability to think quickly and communicate clearly will help create a smooth, supportive experience for everyone you serve.

As a Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for transportation requests across our community. You will direct carts and buses, prioritize calls, and ensure timely assistance for residents. Your role is vital in maintaining mobility, comfort, and peace of mind for those who rely on our services.
