Dispatcher

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Dispatcher to join our operations team in Eagan, Minnesota. This person is responsible to ensure all delivery functions are performed efficiently. You will maintain all routes and ensure completeness, accuracy, and smooth flow of all Service Technician paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Update, revise, and maintain all drivers' routes to ensure efficiency and workload consistency meeting client expectations to achieve exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with Regional and Branch Managers to update a central routing calendar to track PTO, daily routes, and weather conditions for our drivers.
  • Process all driver paperwork/electronic orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory agencies, daily, and is forwarded to the proper location
  • Dispatching for multiple branch locations in different states, while running multiple operating programs to schedule and dispatch orders.
  • Effectively communicate with referral sources, clients, and customer service and supervisory staff to resolve any open order issues and ensuring we are meeting delivery needs.
  • Continuously educate our drivers in properly completing all paperwork and electronic orders
  • Assist VP of Operations, Operations Manager, and supervisory staff, when necessary, to help them complete their tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Will have previous dispatch experience
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
