Overview ELINT & EW Curriculum Developer – Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community training capabilities, analysis of DoD and Joint training publications, and development of advanced, task-based curriculum for both institutional and operational contexts.Responsibilities Assist in implementing emergent Intelligence Community training capabilities.Analyze DoD and Joint training publications to identify revisions needed for legacy curriculum.Collaborate with stakeholders to embed training initiatives across institutional, operational, and self-development domains.Execute training strategies and learning concepts.Build critical training materials for advanced learners.Work within a multidisciplinary team to produce sophisticated, hands-on training solutions that meet mission and time-critical needs.Leverage operational experience to foster a learning environment of progress and excellence.Qualifications At least 4 years of experience afloat as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT).Minimum 3 years experience as a curriculum developer.Experience creating performance-based technical training with practical applications and assessments.Experience using learning management systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content.Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents for task-based curriculum development.Knowledge of learning tools, modalities, and measurement methods to evaluate instruction effectiveness.Ability to select appropriate teaching methods for diverse course audiences.Strong interpersonal communication skills with civilian and military personnel, including briefings, presentations, and written materials such as technical reports.TS/SCI security clearance.Security Clearance Applicants must possess a TS/SCI clearance or be eligible for national-security clearance through a background investigation as required for the position.EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable laws.Benefits and Compensation Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
