Job Skills / Requirements

Shift - Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors of the commercial properties.
• Perform site-specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine security patrols of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.

This is a Full-Time position2nd Shift.
