Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Zero Trust Integration Advisor with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Alexandria, VA.We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401 (k) with company matching; flexible spending accounts; paid holidays; three weeks of paid time off; and more.Responsibilities Serve as the integration advisor for Zero Trust implementation across all DoW Components.Coordinate technical implementation schedules, milestones, and progress updates to ensure unified, timely advancement of Zero Trust capabilities.Lead senior-level briefings with Flag Officers and senior civilian executives, delivering clear, actionable insights on program status, risks, and decision points.Facilitate cross-component technical exchanges and working sessions to drive consensus, interoperability, and outcome-focused decision making.Translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready narratives, decision briefs, and roadmaps.Develop and execute enterprise communication and stakeholder engagement strategies that strengthen alignment among executive leaders and component teams.Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs, and dashboards for transparent, repeatable progress reporting.Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges; drive mitigation plans and decision forums to resolve blockers.Champion adoption of modern security architectures and best practices across components, ensuring alignment to relevant standards and policies.Partner with program managers, architects, cybersecurity, networking, identity, and data teams to sequence capability delivery and manage interdependencies.Minimum Qualifications 15 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or program integration/management within complex, multi-component organizations.Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.Demonstrated success briefing senior leaders (e.g., Flag Officers, SES) on complex technical matters.Expertise in large-scale program integration, change management, and stakeholder engagement across diverse technical domains.Strong familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks and policies (e.g., NIST SP 800-207 ZT Architecture, NIST SP 800-53, SP 800-37 RMF, OMB/DoD guidance).Proven ability to coordinate enterprise schedules, milestones, and dependencies with portfolio-level reporting discipline.Clearance Active TS/SCIOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
