Surveillance Agent
As a Surveillance Agent, you play a vital role in protecting the integrity of our operations while keeping the fun flowing for guests and Team Members alike. As a Surveillance Agent, you'll be behind the scenes but at the center of everything. Using state-of-the-art equipment, you'll monitor live activity throughout the casino, parking lots, cash handling areas, count rooms, and gaming floor, ensuring safety, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards. No experience necessary; we will train you.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or GED required
- Security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred
- Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and write professional reports
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Daily Operations:
- Attend and participate in daily briefings.
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment.
- Monitor casino areas, including the gaming floor, count rooms, and cash handling areas.
Security & Compliance:
- Observe, document, and report policy violations or illegal activities.
- Ensure operations align with Internal Control Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of reports and sensitive information.
- Work with local, state, and federal law enforcement as necessary.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Write clear, factual reports.
- Record relevant activities via video/audio.
- Inform senior management of significant findings.
Game Integrity:
- Understand the rules for table games and other gaming areas.
- Ensure fair and compliant play throughout the property.
Communication & Leadership:
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and outside agencies.
- Provide clear direction and expertise during investigations or operational checks.
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs; work in confined or physically demanding environments.
