Job Title

The duties of this position include:

Leading change and leading employees, achieving results, and building coalitions in a geographically dispersed multi-disciplined organization.

Possessing a demonstrated high-level of business acumen while being skilled at effectively dealing with multiple issues simultaneously, meeting stringent deadlines.

Successfully and effectively communicating orally and in writing and translating new technological advances into capabilities to meet naval requirements.

Working directly with flag officers, senior civilian officials, and senior business government leaders.

Having knowledge of joint and coalition operations/exercises.

Planning, organizing, and coordinating discovery, investigation, and innovation of S and T efforts to explore potential solutions sets for existing and envisioned war-fighting capability gap.

Enhancing greater requirements definition, gaining user input and direction while simultaneously introducing new techniques or technology to the user utilizing, and facilitating the Operational Force Integration and Engagement.

Obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) security clearance.
