Requirements Qualifications Required Recent college graduate or early-career professional excited to start a career in operations or logistics Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Clear, confident phone communication and professionalism with customers and vendors High attention to detail and strong follow-through Ability to stay calm and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work hard, take ownership, and grow in a high-performance startup environment Preferred (but not required) Internship or part-time experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or hospitality Interest in construction, logistics, or infrastructure industries Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or dispatch software PLEASE NOTE: This role will be a hybrid role, with a requirement to commute to Downstream's headquarters in Richardson, TX.
