Combining small‑team flexibility with global scale, IEX leverages emerging technologies to provide innovative, user‑focused solutions that empower organizations and end users to operate smarter, faster, and more securely in dynamic environments.Job Duties (Include but are not limited to)Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports directly supporting client requirementsResearch, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reportsDevelop all‑source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interestResearch, develop, and present CI products at operational, TSOC, and COCOM levelsProduce, coordinate, and maintain vetting, validation, and mitigation measures for operational activitiesSynchronization and fusion of TSOC and COMCOM guidance related to CI equities and activities into operational level tasks and requirementsRequired Skills12+ years' experience as CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency specialty focused on HUMINT operations8 years' general experience in AOR or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience5 years' specific experience in AOR or specialized skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefingsEquivalent CI Badge and credential producing courses acceptedGraduate of JCITA or ACICCWhat You'll Need to SucceedClearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance requiredExperience: 12+ years CI/HUMINT experience, with AOR/SOF‑specific backgroundEducation: Bachelor's in International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, CybersecurityCertifications: Relevant CI and intelligence certifications (Joint Asset Risk Management Course, Joint HUMINT Analysis Targeting Course, Asset Validation Course, etc.)Role requirements: On‑Site 5 days at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FLDue to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this roleSalary RangeThe likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
