Competitive equity package and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.Schedule Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 pm - 08:00 amAbout The Role As a Ground Operations Lead at Veho, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics activities. You will be at the forefront of daily interactions with cross‑functional teams, orchestrating efforts to maintain safety standards while achieving operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a shared shift to guarantee successful launches and sorts, in collaboration with both the Veho team and our driver partners.Key Responsibilities Thrive in a fast‑paced environment that demands quick thinking and physical agility.Navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes, re‑routes, and other logistical challenges with ease and efficiency.Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross‑functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety and driving success.Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods and materials.Execute with a focus on customer service, providing high levels of support and assistance to our driver partners and internal teams.Work well in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift.Stand for extended periods, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field.Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks.Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
