What You'll Do
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to customer locations
- Communicate job details between technicians and customers
- Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with vendors
- Debrief technicians after jobs and update data in company software
- Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of dispatching or similar experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in an office-based role using company software and computers
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
