Job Title: 1st Shift Security Officer

Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Monday - Friday | Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview: St. Moritz is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining a secure environment through vigilance, professionalism, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety.
  • Inspect vehicles and facilities for hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Monitor and operate fire control panels, responding to alarms as needed.
  • Track and manage work orders; respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Document incidents and report shift transitions accurately.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to associates and visitors.
  • Identify potential risks and address them before they become issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card (must be up-to-date).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional training in security, law enforcement, or public safety is a plus.
  • Strong observational skills and situational awareness.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
  • Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
