The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of direct weapons systems experience, either as a military operator or senior analyst within a weapons program office, and provides subject-matter expertise across technology maturation, acquisition planning, test and evaluation, and operational integration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute weapons roadmapping efforts, aligning advanced capabilities with program priorities, operational needs, and acquisition strategiesProvides senior-level support to advanced capability roadmapping, including development, roadmap execution and transition planning, production, and alignment of suppliers to program needsAnalyze and integrate programmatic, technical, and operational data to inform long-range weapons planning decisionsSupport acquisition lifecycle activities, including requirements definition, milestone planning, and risk assessmentCoordinate with government program offices, test organizations, and industry partners to ensure alignment of supplier capabilities with program needsProvide expert analytical support for test and evaluation planning and operational integration of weaponsPrepare and brief senior leadership on roadmapping outcomes and strategic recommendationsQualifications Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with weapons systems as either: A military operator, or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program officePersonnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the last 12 months with no adverse findingsAbility to work full-time in a classified environment and manage multiple high-priority taskersSAP experience within the last three (3) yearsActive Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibilityContact:2CircleHumanResources@2circleinc.comwww.2circleinc.comPeople first!Others say it: At 2 Circle, we live it every day.
