The role focused on guest service, traffic flow, parking guidance, event support, and facility upkeep before, during, and after events.Your Role on the Team Assist guests entering parking facilities and direct them to available parkingProvide customer service and answer parking-related questionsMaintain cleanliness and order throughout assigned parking areasRemove trash and perform minor maintenance tasks as neededAssist with setup and breakdown of barricades for events and traffic controlFollow safety procedures and facility policiesWork with team members to resolve parking and traffic-related issuesSupport pre-event, event, and post-event operationsMaintains regular and reliable attendanceYour Skills and Experience Minimum 6 months of customer service experienceStrong communication and guest service skillsAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysBilingual skills preferred but not requiredRequirements Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsStand for extended periodsWalk long distances and climb stairsFrequently bend, move equipment, and lift up to 30 poundsAbility to work the entire duration of eventsThe Team & Experience We believe great organizations are built by great people.
