Starting wage is $16.00-$17.00 per hour.Essential job responsibilities include:Monitor and assist people with personal cares.Instruct and assist people in food preparation, clean‑up, and sanitary practices.Encourage grooming and dress according to the person's preferences, cultural considerations and social norms.Administer medications and treatments once trained.Communicate concerns, suggestions, potential problems to supervisors in an accurate, prompt, and respectful manner.Chart daily program information.Complete cleaning and assist persons served in cleaning tasks.Required Qualifications:Must be 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure.Must pass DHS background clearance.Must have a valid driver's license.Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business.Essential Duties Include:Read, comprehend, and follow each person served's program related plans and procedures.Deliver support to the person served on principles of person-centered services.Administer CPR/First Aid when needed.Chart daily program information.Benefits That Support YouYour well-being matters to us.
