Dive Supply Support personnel report to LOGSU-1's Dive Department Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO) and complete acquisition of MFP parts and equipment and inventory management of dive associated equipment. Requirements * Process and manage the receipt, issue, turn-over and shipment of diving material for the entire NSW West Coast clamancy. The Dive Supply Support personnel will perform customer service for issue/receipt of equipment and transfer documentation for Dive equipment and maintain inventory accountability in ELMS. * Examine and inventory items of supply, received and issued, to verify Navy and manufacturer specific NSNs, part numbers/stock number and quantity, description, and cost according to shipment documentation. * Process and manage initial gear and equipment receipt, sustainment, and operational consumables. * Submit and track Statements of Work in the execution of Diving equipment contracting services (ex. Execute ELINS under an IDIQ). * Place and review orders in Navy and NSW specific supply ordering systems to include, but not limited to, Bizflow, FEDMALL, and ONETOUCH to maintain sufficient on hand quantities to support equipment maintenance. * Responsible for having a working knowledge of and maintaining the Authorized Users List (AUL) of hazardous materials as well as maintaining a readily available library of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for proper handling and storage of hazardous materials currently authorized for use. * Must obtain designation as an accountable Property Clerk, ELMS access and maintain Warehouse Manager permissions in order to conduct inventories of diving equipment, repair parts, consumables, and associated gear within the ELMS program and report status to the Dive Responsible Officer. * Submit and track Funding Request Forms (FRF) and Unfunded Requests (UFR). Qualifications * Must have 2 years minimum of technical experience in Naval Special Warfare, or equivalent TYCOM, inventory management concepts, practices, and procedures, to include government and industry best practices. * Possess ability to travel TAD/TDY if required to conduct off site training. * Must possess an active SECRET security clearance.
