Required Skills & Experience • Prior experience in requirements and verification• Experience with configuration and baseline control and change process• Ability to define and detail solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and to the customer• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors Job Description • Support Ground and/or Weapon Systems Engineering requirements and verification team projects and coordinate regularly with key partners to maintain program objectives• Be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and releasing requirements specification documents, including defining the requirements for new capabilities on USG and FMS contracts• Lead and coordinate verification plans for new or modified requirements. Coordinate verification activities and generate Verification Information Sheets for verification closure. Compensation: $40hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
