Fairview is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team at our Midway location in St. Paul, MN. Dispatcher is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Security Dispatch Operations Center. Job duties include monitoring of a large bank of CCTV surveillance cameras, prioritizing incoming phone calls, dispatching Security Officers, operate Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, monitoring multiple fire computers and taking appropriate actions. Dispatcher must be customer service focused and able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Position Details:0.2 FTE (16 hours per pay period)every other Saturday and Sunday 3 p-1130 p Responsibilities. Monitors CCTV cameras, monitor alarms and dispatches security officers appropriately. Maintains shift log of all activities during shift (CAD)Provides excellent customer service to callers and on-site visitors.
