Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct security patrols either on foot or in a vehicle
- Operate and monitor access control systems and CCTV
- Ensure the security and safety of the premises by identifying any irregular activities
- Communicate effectively through various devices
- Respond to emergencies, sound alarms, and contact emergency services when necessary
- Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure order and compliance
- Monitor and control access of persons entering and exiting the facility
- Document and report on daily activities, incidents, and any suspicious activities
- Provide professional assistance to all stakeholders on site
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possesses a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and a valid Driver's License
- At least five years of driving experience preferred
- Previous security experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt to various situations and deescalate potential conflicts
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
