Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Complete all relevant company web-based training
- Responsible for accuracy and completion of all paperwork associated with shipping and receiving of downhole tools.
- Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of downhole tools with a forklift onto various sizes of truck and trailer combinations, with utilizing overhead crane in shop.
- Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by dispatch manager.
- Assist with various tool reports such as, tools out, down and dirty and tools shipped.
- Coordinate with shop technicians, shop supervisors, shop manager and sales team for tool requirements.
- Responsible for answering phones/emails promptly and giving updates on requests to internal or
external customers, - Responsible for keeping all incoming and outgoing racks organized and ensuring tools are on proper
racks. - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by dispatch manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2years of dispatch experience preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
- Work schedule will vary month to month due to tool demands. Must be able to work nights and/or weekends due to rotating schedule set by dispatch manager.
- Must be able to be on call at various times as scheduled by dispatch manager.
- Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Able to work with various personalities.
