OverviewSyntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC provides uniquely qualified personnel with the expertise and tools needed to fulfill our customers' management and technical requirements in the intelligence, defense, homeland security and commercial market space.Location: Springfield, VA.Schedule: Day / M-FAnticipated Salary Range: $70,000-$72,000ResponsibilitiesProvide intelligence services related to the analysis, processing, development, and distribution of strategic and criminal intelligence supporting Federal Protective Services operations.Adhere to and apply IC analytic tradecraft standards (e.g., ICDS 203, 206, 208).Maintain proficiency with databases and software used in the intelligence environment, including Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, and various message handling systems.Communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, under pressure and tight deadlines.Obtain Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher) within 90 days of hire.Clearance: TS/SCI.Required Qualifications4 years of experience as an intelligence analyst.Bachelor's Degree.Demonstrated ability to perform strategic, operational, and tactical analysis from raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources.Knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards and relevant databases and software.Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills.Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher) or ability to obtain within 90 days.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or related concentration.Experience performing Open-Source Collection.Criminal Intelligence analysis experience.Experience working with DHS data sources.Knowledge of DHS FPS intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the role of FPS in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise.Knowledge of title 18 authorities.Knowledge of multiple open-source areas including surface, deep, and dark web.Knowledge of multiple collection techniques or approaches.Knowledge of developing a collection plan and dissemination practices.Experience with Microsoft Office suite, common Open-Source tools, and DHS data systems.Experience researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).Mental & Physical RequirementsMental: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.Physical: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and lift 20 pounds occasionally.EEO StatementSyntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
