SIGDEV Analyst 1Annapolis Junction, Maryland – Full‑time, on‑site.Role OverviewThe SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst provides analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest, crafting analytic strategies, and identifying target communications within the global network. The focus is on data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP.ResponsibilitiesConduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest.Develop analytic strategies and techniques for identifying and collecting SIGINT information.Apply critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.Identify analytic vectors across various technologies and topics.Operate and maintain software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.Create tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information.Incorporate independent research to enhance target development using SIGINT and collateral report repositories.Identify target communications within the global network.Required QualificationsUnited States citizenship.Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency‑appropriate polygraph.Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) years must be with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems, protocols, telephony switching systems, or internet communications.BenefitsHourly pay range: $49.60 – $67.17 per hour (variable by contract rate, education, experience, certifications, and geographic location).Employer contribution of 20% of gross compensation to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA, fully vested from day one.Generous PTO up to 200 hours annually, adjustable at the start of each calendar year.Variety of voluntary benefit plans including medical (some with HSA), vision, dental, life and AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurances.Optional identity theft and legal protection services.Employee referral bonus eligibility up to $10,000.Mobility across Wyetech‑supported contracts in Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii, and OCONUS locations.Team‑building events such as monthly lunches, a summer company picnic, and an annual holiday party.Two complimentary branded clothing orders annually.Equal Opportunity StatementWyetech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
