Variable Trust Endpoints Tech SETA-DARPA, TS/SCIArlington, VASeeking experienced Technical SETA candidates to provide on-site support to the DARPA portfolio in the area of next-generation classified network development for enterprise-scale computing and operational functions.Successful candidates will provide expert technical advice and guidance to the government on all aspects of enhancing resilience and survivability against sophisticated cyber and physical threats.The candidate will support development of secure, variable‑trust endpoints using a wide variety of risk‑informed inputs and security mechanisms , implemented on computing platforms of many form factors that enable general purpose clients connected to decentralized services across a wide variety of transport types and levels of service.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meetings, assess performer technical progress, project performer outcomes, and ensure project management best practices are followed by performers.Prepare and deliver technical reports, briefings, and presentations to government officials and technical stakeholders.Evaluate emerging technologies, monitor development of novel solutions, and contribute to the development of resilient classified networks, services, endpoints, and architectures.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).TS/SCI Clearance.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network development, network security, and/or enterprise systems.Substantial experience with decentralized software services across a wide variety of transport types and levels of service.Substantial experience with private key encryption, authentication mechanisms, access control mechanisms, and endpoint security.Experience with a wide variety of platform hardware and form factors (COTS, Workstations, Servers, fixed, mobile, etc.).Familiarity with variable‑trust/variable‑security systems and services, concepts of Zero Trust, and continuous integrity.Experience with general purpose enterprise services.Familiarity with System Certification and Accreditation.Ability to work with little oversight to achieve team goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.A high degree of initiative, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.Familiarity with general systems engineering principles for management of complex systems development.Desired QualificationsExperience with classified network accreditation and required DOD cybersecurity activities.Experience with Clandestine or Covert Operations.Experience with Cyber Operations.Experience working with Special Access Programs (SAPs)/CAPs.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementBlue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
