Summary/Objective: Responsible to deliver the services requested by the airline, by assigning a wheelchair agent to the passenger and report all services to the station.
Essential Functions:
- Review airline requests and employee list for the day/shift
- Follow up on client's request (airlines and passengers)
- Assign the agents to provide the wheelchair services and complete the format needed to account for all services
- Report and deliver the passenger list/employee assigned to each service, to the supervisor or administrative assistant.
- Ensure all employees follow security procedures for each entity, such as TSA and CBP.
- Report to the supervisor any issue related to the staff, passengers or clients.
- Make sure all the wheelchairs are account for and placed in the assigned location.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position coordinates the team of wheelchair agents.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional airport environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands: This position is very active and requires standing, walking, seating and driving. The employee occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds or more.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time or part-time position. Shifts could change at any time
