Job Title

What You Get To Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
  • Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
  • Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
  • Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
  • Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What It Takes To Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environment
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Able to complete provided CPR training/certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
  • Able to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shift
  • Able to sit for long periods of time
  • Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
  • 1 year administrative or related experience preferred
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred
