Operations Advisor

We are actively seeking Operations Advisors, at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph, to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities. Operations Advisors will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia. This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be determined after in person meeting. The posted salary range does not reflect the program's actual salaries or budgets.

Level 1: requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

*5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree

All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success in multiple client-specific official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
  • Extensive client-specific overseas travel and experience.
  • Demonstrated success in posing creative solutions to operational challenge
  • Demonstrated success in applying counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing US government policies, and regulations in support of operations.
  • Proficient in various writing and briefing styles.
  • Ability to write products in clear and concise manner under a short deadline.
  • Demonstrated success in briefing senior executive management.
  • Proficient in working and networking across Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
  • Exercise sound judgement.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in team environment.
  • Capable working independently with minimal supervision.
