GSOC Security Officer
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a GSOC Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Global Security Operations Analyst? What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.
As a Security Officer Global Security Operations Center, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

- Set schedule: Full-Time 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Thursday - Monday OR 4:00 PM - 12:30AM Sunday - Thursday 40HRS

Responsibilities of GSO Security Guard:
- Monitor global security systems, surveillance tools, and alarm platforms to identify and respond to potential threats in real time
- Perform general administrative and clerical support functions, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Analyze incidents, assess risk levels, and escalate critical issues to appropriate internal teams or external emergency services
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
- Document all incidents, investigations, and actions taken in incident management systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide support during crisis events, including communication updates to leadership and impacted stakeholders
- Conduct routine system checks and ensure proper functionality of surveillance, access control, and alarm systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Generate daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports related to incidents, trends, and risk assessments
Qualifications of a GSOC Security Guard:
- Must have 2-3 years of GSOC / Command Center experience
- Proficiency operating CCTV, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and surveillance technologies required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Familiarity with global travel risk management and employee safety tracking systems
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Strong report writing skills
- Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
- Strong proficiency with technology
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience even better!
- You have a state license if required
