Security Engineer - Data Loss Prevention
Location: Mountain View CA / San Diego CA (3 days/week)
Skills Required: Zscaler DLP, CrowdStrike

The Workforce Security Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team is on strategic forefront to secure and protect their Ecosystem, as the industry transforms with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will join a team of motivated & creative security engineers with a passion for solving complex security problems through technology.
We are seeking a Security Engineer to design and implement Data Loss Protection capabilities for complex security use cases, identifying bad actor threat behaviors and preventing/reducing malicious behavior within our client platforms ecosystem. You will be on the forefront, using and securing with AI technology. You will play a critical role in understanding & identifying security risk and apply strong engineering skills to implement end to end solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and architecture of the projects, by creating and maintaining technical documentation, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Develops, deploys, and operates security controls from endpoint agents, security policies, and downstream feeds/reporting.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent relevant experience
- 8+ years of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Privilege Elevation Security Experience.
- Strong Analytical, Problem solving, and creative mindset
- Experience with using and securing ML/AI is a strong plus.
- Strong experience with industry Security Products (Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CyberArk) with Python, JSON, Jira skills, and AWS.
- Strong experience with deploying and managing DLP security products.
- Excellent communication skills. Communicates clearly, succinctly, and persuasively to all levels of employees, customers, and management
- Strong AWS Solution Automation Experience
- Strong DevOps and SecOps Experience
- Experience with various Software Development Lifecycle Process (Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies. etc.
