You will be at the forefront of daily interactions with cross-functional teams, orchestrating efforts to maintain safety standards while achieving operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a shared shift to guarantee successful launches and sorts, in collaboration with both the Veho team and our valued driver partners.Key ResponsibilitiesThrive in a fast-paced environment that demands quick thinking and physical agility, embracing the challenge of physically tasking work with enthusiasm and resilience.Quickly navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes, re-routes, and other logistical challenges with ease and efficiency.Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross-functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety, and driving success.Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials as needed.Execute with a focus on customer service, providing high levels of support and assistance to our crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams.Works well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, physically tasking.Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift.Stand for extended periods, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring physical readiness for the demands of the role.QualificationsAt least 1 year of previous experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred.Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps on a smartphone daily.Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred.Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
