Position OverviewThe Classified Document Control (CDC) office provides classification management oversight in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include processing DD254s, maintaining classified data integrity in Access Commander, compiling metrics, managing classified documents/media, handling receipt and dispatch of classified material, packing, shipping and managing customer requests through the Global Security Services Request System (GSSRS), conducting security briefings, and training employees on classified information handling. The CDC team also ensures compliance with NISP, NISPOM, DoD directives and other governmental regulations.U.S. citizenship is required and an active DoD Secret clearance is required on day one.What You Will DoInterface with government customers and Raytheon employees at all levelsWork as a team memberSupport GSS security projects, policy reviews, and all government assessmentsPerform accountability of all classified material on the siteConduct access briefings for Raytheon employeesProvide customer training to properly handle classified materialQualifications You Must HaveUniversity degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related fieldExperience working with NISP, NISPOM, DoD directives, policies, regulations, executive orders, and CFRsData management experienceExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Qualifications We PreferCurrent Top‑Secret clearanceKnowledge of classification management processes, including control and accountability of classified material, Access Commander, and NISSIn‑depth knowledge of the NISPOMDetail orientation in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environmentKnowledge of NSA destruction requirements for classified and sensitive materialKnowledge of caveats, handling requirements, and associated markings for NATO, FGI, RD, and CNWDIExperience with Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254)Excellent interpersonal, writing, speaking, analytical, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to develop solutions for issues of moderate complexity and scopeAbility to develop, administer, and execute office/organizational directives and proceduresSelf‑starter capable of working with limited supervision and guidanceCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentOrganizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and multitaskingWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
