They provide a high level of customer service to the Client, preventing, observing, and reporting any unusual or suspicious activities in accordance with site-specific orders or special operations procedures. Armed Agents respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, hazards, fires, and more, and assist local law enforcement agencies when needed.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPatrol and monitor an assigned area; report suspicious activities to local authorities.Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds.Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.After business hours, check doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.Investigate reports of suspicious activity on the property.Reasonably detain persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.Monitor CCTV, prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR), and be familiar with access control procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent observational skills and attention to detail.Ability to write accurate and thorough reports.Customer service oriented.Team player, punctual and dependable, with good de-escalation skills and judgement.Reliable transportation.Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.Knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, Docs, iPhone/iPad.Current BSIS guard card.Exposed Firearm Permit.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Must be 21 years old.Security guard training certification required.Holster Level 3 with duty belt.Less than lethal licenses / permits preferable (baton, taser, pepper spray).Valid CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit.Preferable to have at least 2 years of experience.Physical RequirementsRequires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions, with the following demands:Perform duties that require extended periods of physical activity depending on the assigned post.Stand and remain alert for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours), sometimes in varying weather conditions.Sit for long durations while maintaining focus and awareness of surroundings.Patrol the property on foot and access areas quickly, including walking on uneven surfaces.Walk or climb stairs frequently, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and respond quickly in emergency situations.Vision and hearing sufficient to observe and respond to incidents, including during nighttime or low-light conditions.Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.Triumph Protection Group Key AttributesCommunicates respectfully to all team members, vendors, and clients.Actively listens to others and supports the team environment.Asks questions and learns from mistakes.Executes tasks with minimal errors in a timely and efficient manner.Consistent attendance meeting or exceeding company standards.Shift TypesDay ShiftSwing ShiftNight ShiftEEO StatementTriumph Protection Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
