Technical Targeting Officer

Location: McLean, VA

Type: Contract

Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph needed to apply

This position represents multiple openings. The position level is contingent on applicant specific qualifications and experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessment.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1-20+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to identify and assess the right entities and the right vulnerabilities and technology trends to enable new collection operations.
  • Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
  • Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills combined with ops sense, personal initiative, and some technical expertise.
  • Must possess a high-level US Government issued clearance at the time of application.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations.
  • Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases and specialized tools.
  • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
  • Formal training or certification as a Technical Targeter.
  • Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
