Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company is looking to hire temporary Security Guard II to join one of our current contracts. You will be providing a secure and safe work environment for employees through escorting of uncleared visitors while performing work on site projects. This is 6 days 10-hour shift work.ResponsibilitiesThe Guard II enforces regulations and procedures designed to prevent breaches of security, exercises judgment and uses discretion in responding to incidents and emergencies, determining whether to intervene directly, ask for assistance as time permits, keep situation under control or surveillance, or to report incident or situation to the appropriate authority for handling. Duties require specialized training in methods and techniques of protecting controlled areas. Commonly, the Guard II is required to demonstrate proficiency with firearms and other special weapons, and to meet rigorous physical fitness standards.Secures premises and staff by monitoring persons and facilities under their purviewInspects buildings, equipment, and access points; permits entry to job sitePrevents losses and damage by reporting irregularitiesInforming violators of policy and procedures; reporting trespassersControls traffic by directing vehicle drivers and equipment operators to job siteCompletes report by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activitiesMaintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirementsContributes to Team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDU.S. Valid Driver's LicenseAn Active Secret Security ClearanceAble to work a 10-hour shift scheduled between Monday and Saturday#J-18808-Ljbffr
