Supervisory Archivist

As a SUPERVISORY ARCHIVIST, you will:

Provide administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit, particularly through collaborative efforts.

Participate in planning the work of the unit, including formulating goals and objectives and identifying opportunities in methods, workflow, and procedures.

Contribute to the development of new practices and standards. Advise and inform others on policies and procedures relating to work of the branch.

Analyze training needs at the team and branch levels in order to identify or develop appropriate training.

Initiate, establish, and maintain professional relationships with archivists, archives specialists, technicians, conservators, and other specialists in order to share resources and information and coordinate workflow within the unit, division, program, office, and agency.
