Whether you are an entry-level climber looking to build your skills or an experienced production climber ready to lead complex work, this role offers clear growth paths, professional training, and steady work with a safety-driven team.This position performs aerial tree work including pruning, removals, and rigging operations while working closely with ground crews and crew leadership to deliver high-quality, safe tree care services.What You'll DoPerform aerial tree pruning and removals using approved climbing systems (MRS / SRS)Operate chainsaws safely in the canopy and on the groundSet and manage rigging systems appropriate to experience levelConduct pre-job inspections of climbing gear and life-support systemsCommunicate clearly with ground crew during cutting and rigging operationsAssist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and hazard controlFollow ANSI Z133 safety standards and company policies at all timesSupport crew productivity, safety culture, and client satisfactionEntry-Level / Developing ClimbersBasic climbing and pruning under supervisionLearning proper tie-in points, knots, and climbing systemsSupporting production and ground operationsIntermediate ClimbersIndependent climbing in medium to large treesAerial chainsaw operation and moderate riggingAssisting with job planning and mentoring junior climbersLead / Production ClimbersComplex removals and advanced riggingLeading aerial operations on siteMentoring climbers and supporting crew leadershipWhat We're Looking ForTree climbing experience at any professional levelStrong commitment to safety and professionalismAbility to work at height and perform physically demanding work outdoorsWillingness to learn, improve skills, and work as part of a teamReliable transportation and attendancePreferred (Not Required)ISA Certified Arborist or working toward certificationAerial Rescue trainingCPR / First Aid certificationExperience with MRS and/or SRS climbing systemsRigging experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience and skill levelClear advancement path from entry-level to lead climberOngoing training and skill developmentConsistent work and professional equipmentStrong safety culture and team support#J-18808-Ljbffr
