Job SummaryHavel is looking for a Service Dispatch Administrative Assistant in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position you will be responsible for answering phones for dispatch and scheduling services.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain a positive and productive working relationship with Dispatch Manager, Operations Managers and Field TechniciansAnswering Incoming PhonesWork with Dispatch Manager to schedule service calls and planned preventative maintenanceUpdate customers on status of services calls and preventative maintenance requestsCreate/Maintain tickets using internal Dispatch BoardMaintain Weekly On -Schedule for Field TechniciansEnter Backflows inspections into Cross Connection DatabaseData Entry of Purchase Orders into TrulineCall vendors to track down missing invoicesRun Monthly reports for Operations Managers as neededOther duties assignedQualificationsBackground experience in administrative duties and customer service preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointiSeries, AS400, or Truline experience is preferredSelf-starter and attention to detailPossess a willingness to learn and ability to work well with othersGood written, phone skills, and oral communication skills are essential to the jobRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as requiredEqual Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer / Veterans / DisabledGeographic DisclosureCompensation Range: $19-23 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
